Awarded as &ldquo;Window Contractor of the Year&rdquo; consequently for 2 year &ldquo;2019-20&rdquo; &amp; &ldquo;2020-21&rdquo; in Construction Week India Award. 3. 10-15 projects ongoing at any given time 4. 5 projects currently that are 50+ floors 5. Maximum projects in international system windows like &lsquo;Schueco&rsquo; 6. State of the art factory in Bhiwandi with all European machinery7. Current Main Clients &ndash; Kalpatru, Oberoi, Hiranandani, Peninsula, Rustomjee, Runwall, Raheja, JSW realty , KBK Corp etcTotal ExperienceMinimum 2 to 5 years in same industryRelevant ExperienceAdvance excel, AutoCAD.QualificationBE Mech/ Civil, Diploma in Civil or Mechanical EngineeringResponsibilities / Duties- Studying Work order and understanding all aspects and terms of billing- Studying drawings to understand quantities and types of Windows &amp; fa&ccedil;ade- Complete understanding of Windows &amp; fa&ccedil;ade RA Bills- Involved in Quantity Surveying- Working towards any escalation or amendments- Involved in sub-contractor bill keeping.- Making and maintain all sales bills.- Follow up with accounts for payment of sales bill.- Coordinating with factory and site for generating sales bills- Check sales bills with management and forward to accounts- To calculate quantities of the project to prepare total cost of the project.- Follow up with clients for payment &amp; submission of necessary compliance.- To get the retention released of old projects.IndustryFacade / Building MaterialReporting ToDirectorJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
