Total Experience

Minimum 2 to 5 years in same industry

Relevant Experience

Advance excel, AutoCAD.

Qualification

BE Mech/ Civil, Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering

Responsibilities / Duties

- Studying Work order and understanding all aspects and terms of billing

- Studying drawings to understand quantities and types of Windows & façade

- Complete understanding of Windows & façade RA Bills

- Involved in Quantity Surveying

- Working towards any escalation or amendments

- Involved in sub-contractor bill keeping.

- Making and maintain all sales bills.

- Follow up with accounts for payment of sales bill.

- Coordinating with factory and site for generating sales bills

- Check sales bills with management and forward to accounts

- To calculate quantities of the project to prepare total cost of the project.

- Follow up with clients for payment & submission of necessary compliance.

- To get the retention released of old projects.
