## Job Title: Social Media Marketing Specialist## Job Summary:We're seeking a highly skilled Social Media Marketing Specialist to develop and implement effective social media strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and conversions. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating compelling content, managing social media campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics.## Key Responsibilities:1. Develop and implement social media marketing strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)2. Create high-quality, engaging content (posts, stories, videos, etc.) that resonates with our target audience3. Manage and schedule social media content using Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar tools4. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media5. Analyze performance metrics (engagement rates, follower growth, conversions, etc.) and adjust strategies accordingly6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, creative, paid advertising, etc.) to ensure consistent branding and messaging## Requirements:1. 2+ years of experience in social media marketing2. Proven track record of success in driving engagement and conversions through social media3. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices4. Excellent content creation and copywriting skills5. Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly6. Strong communication and collaboration skills## Nice to Have:1.
