## Job Title: Social Media Marketing Specialist

## Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled Social Media Marketing Specialist to develop and implement effective social media strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and conversions. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating compelling content, managing social media campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics.

## Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement social media marketing strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

2. Create high-quality, engaging content (posts, stories, videos, etc.) that resonates with our target audience

3. Manage and schedule social media content using Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar tools

4. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media

5. Analyze performance metrics (engagement rates, follower growth, conversions, etc.) and adjust strategies accordingly

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, creative, paid advertising, etc.) to ensure consistent branding and messaging

## Requirements:

1. 2+ years of experience in social media marketing

2. Proven track record of success in driving engagement and conversions through social media

3. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices

4. Excellent content creation and copywriting skills

5. Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly

6. Strong communication and collaboration skills

## Nice to Have:

1. Experience with social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.)

2. Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, etc.)

3. Familiarity with influencer marketing and partnerships
