Role Overview:
As a Social Media Manager, you’ll help shape Ekanga’s voice across platforms — from Instagram to LinkedIn and beyond. You’ll work closely with our creative and product team to ideate, execute, and grow content that resonates emotionally.
Responsibilities:
● Plan and schedule posts across platforms
● Write captions and curate content that aligns with Ekanga’s tone
● Engage with community via comments and DMs
● Assist in campaigns, influencer collaborations, and storytelling
● Track performance and trends to refine strategy
● Coordinate with the creative team for visuals, reels, and stories
What We’re Looking For:
● A fresh perspective and love for digital storytelling
● Strong writing skills and an eye for aesthetic content
● Basic understanding of Instagram features, analytics, and trends
● Self-driven and open to learning
● Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or basic design/video editing tools is a plus
● Passion for mindfulness, design, or community-building is welcome

Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Design, English, Psychology, or any creative/communication-related field

● Strong written English is non-negotiable — must be able to write soulful, clear captions.
● Basic understanding of Instagram trends, tools, reels, and creator culture
● Interest in emotional well-being, spiritual themes is a plus
● Design skills (Canva, etc.) are a bonus, not mandatory
● Must be willing to work from Gwalior
