Marketing Executive -online -Brand Marketing

About the Role

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Marketing Executive with strong expertise in digital marketing. The role demands hands-on experience in campaign management, social media strategy, SEO, analytics, and content coordination. The ideal candidate will play a key role in strengthening brand presence, generating qualified leads, and supporting business growth through innovative digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Campaign Management

Monitor & co-ordinate digital campaigns pipelines across all platforms

Optimize campaigns to maximize reach, engagement, and ROI.

Manage campaign budgets and deliver measurable results.

2. Content & Creative Coordination

Collaborate with designers, writers, and video teams to develop impactful digital assets.

Adapt content for multiple platforms while maintaining brand consistency.

Support campaign storytelling through creative execution.

3. SEO & Website Management

Conduct keyword research and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies.

Coordinate with internal teams or agencies for website optimization.

Track traffic, leads, and conversion funnel performance.

4. Social Media Management

Manage and grow brand presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.

Develop content calendars, engage with audiences, and monitor performance.

Execute influencer partnerships and collaborations where relevant.

5. Analytics & Reporting

Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, and other tools.

Generate weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.

Recommend improvements for better performance and efficiency.

6. Email & CRM Marketing

Create and deploy email marketing campaigns with audience segmentation.

Personalize campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.

Work with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or Marketo.

7. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

Conduct industry research to stay updated on market and consumer trends.

Analyze competitor campaigns and identify new growth opportunities

3–5 years of proven digital marketing experience.

Good knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Systems, and SEO tools.

Proficiency in analytics and reporting platforms (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).

Excellent understanding of social media, email automation, and CRM systems.

Strong communication, project management, and multitasking skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹52,000.00 per month
