We are planning launch a specialized Export-Import Training Institute in Indore focused on practical, industry-oriented learning. Our goal is to create skilled professionals in international trade, logistics, documentation, compliance, and global sourcing.We are looking for an experienced Export-Import Professional who can design a complete course curriculum and train learners with real-world case studies.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop a comprehensive Export-Import training curriculum (Beginner to Advanced level)</li><li>Design study materials, presentations, assignments, and practical modules</li><li>Deliver engaging classroom and/or online training sessions</li><li>Train students on:</li><li>IEC registration &amp; DGFT procedures</li><li>Export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL, LC, etc.)</li><li>Payment terms (LC, DP, DA, TT)</li><li>Customs clearance &amp; compliance</li><li>Logistics &amp; freight forwarding</li><li>International marketing &amp; buyer sourcing</li><li>Trade portals (Alibaba, IndiaMART, etc.)</li><li>Export incentives &amp; government schemes</li><li>Conduct practical sessions using real documentation</li><li>Guide students for starting their own export-import business</li><li>Support placement or entrepreneurship mentorship</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Export-Import, Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or International Trade</li><li>Strong knowledge of DGFT, Customs, GST, and Export Incentive schemes</li><li>Experience in handling real shipments (Air/Sea)</li><li>Good communication &amp; presentation skills</li><li>Experience in teaching/training preferred</li><li>Ability to develop structured course modules</li></ul>Preferred Profile<ul><li>Worked with CHA, Freight Forwarder, Export House, or Trading Company</li><li>Experience in training or conducting corporate workshops</li><li>Practical exposure to LC transactions and international negotiations</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>Competitive salary (Based on experience)</li><li>Revenue-sharing option available</li><li>Opportunity to become Academic Head in growing institute</li></ul>How to ApplySend your CV along with a brief note about:<ul><li>Your export-import experience</li><li>Courses/trainings conducted (if any)</li><li>Sample curriculum outline (if available)</li></ul>Email: mrp924206@gmail.comJob Type: Full-timePay: ₹11,306.15 - ₹52,922.76 per monthWork Location: In person
