Export Import training Faculty

We are planning launch a specialized Export-Import Training Institute in Indore focused on practical, industry-oriented learning. Our goal is to create skilled professionals in international trade, logistics, documentation, compliance, and global sourcing.

We are looking for an experienced Export-Import Professional who can design a complete course curriculum and train learners with real-world case studies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive Export-Import training curriculum (Beginner to Advanced level)
• Design study materials, presentations, assignments, and practical modules
• Deliver engaging classroom and/or online training sessions
• Train students on:
• IEC registration & DGFT procedures
• Export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL, LC, etc.)
• Payment terms (LC, DP, DA, TT)
• Customs clearance & compliance
• Logistics & freight forwarding
• International marketing & buyer sourcing
• Trade portals (Alibaba, IndiaMART, etc.)
• Export incentives & government schemes
• Conduct practical sessions using real documentation
• Guide students for starting their own export-import business
• Support placement or entrepreneurship mentorship

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Export-Import, Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or International Trade
• Strong knowledge of DGFT, Customs, GST, and Export Incentive schemes
• Experience in handling real shipments (Air/Sea)
• Good communication & presentation skills
• Experience in teaching/training preferred
• Ability to develop structured course modules

Preferred Profile

• Worked with CHA, Freight Forwarder, Export House, or Trading Company
• Experience in training or conducting corporate workshops
• Practical exposure to LC transactions and international negotiations
