Job Summary:The Facility Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of all facility-related functions, including housekeeping, security, technical (E&amp;M), maintenance, and vendor management. The role ensures a high standard of service delivery, operational excellence, and compliance with organizational policies.Key Responsibilities:1. Facility Operations Management<ul><li>Oversee daily facility operations including housekeeping, security, pantry, and technical services.</li><li>Ensure uninterrupted functioning of critical building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, DG sets, lifts, STP/ WTP, and fire safety).</li><li>Implement best practices for maintenance, safety, and energy management.</li></ul>2. Maintenance &amp; Technical Oversight<ul><li>Plan and supervise preventive &amp; corrective maintenance schedules.</li><li>Coordinate with technical teams for breakdown management.</li><li>Monitor AMC vendors and ensure timely service delivery.</li></ul>3. Vendor &amp; Manpower Management<ul><li>Manage staffing levels for housekeeping, security, and technical teams.</li><li>Oversee vendor contracts, service quality, and timely renewal of agreements.</li><li>Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations.</li></ul>4. Compliance &amp; Safety<ul><li>Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and safety norms.</li><li>Conduct regular audits for fire safety, hygiene, and facility readiness.</li><li>Manage risk assessments and emergency response plans.</li></ul>5.
