The primary responsibility is to provide holistic healthcare services to our employees, promote wellness through Ayurvedic principles and manage the day-to-day operations of the facility.Job role and responsibilities:-<ul><li>Consultation &amp; Diagnosis: Conduct OPD (Outpatient Department) consultations for employees, diagnosing ailments based on Ayurveda principles (Prakriti analysis) and modern medical understanding.</li><li>Treatment Planning: Prescribe Ayurvedic medicines, lifestyle modifications, and dietary plans to treat acute and chronic illnesses.</li><li>Clinic Management: Oversee the daily operations of the company clinic, including maintaining medical records, inventory of medicines, and ensuring hygiene standards.</li><li>Wellness Programs: Organize and lead corporate wellness workshops, yoga sessions, and stress management seminars to improve employee productivity and health.</li><li>Preventive Care: Educate staff on ergonomics, seasonal health precautions, and preventive Ayurveda practices.</li><li>Emergency Response: Provide immediate first-aid and basic life support in case of workplace medical emergencies before referring to a tertiary hospital.</li></ul>Requirements for applying for this post:-Work experience and qualification:-<ul><li>Must hold a valid registration with the Central/State Council of Indian Medicine.</li><li>Must have minimum 1 year of clinical experience (preferred), though bright freshers may be considered.</li><li>Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) from a recognized university / college</li></ul>Soft Skills:-<ul><li>Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and the local language.</li><li>Empathy and a patient-centric approach.</li><li>Ability to explain complex Ayurvedic concepts in simple terms for corporate professionals.</li><li>Technical Knowledge: Basic computer skills for maintaining electronic health records (EHR).</li></ul>Job location:- Any Clinic in Lucknow.Remunerations:- Rs.25,000-50,000/- per month + PF + others.Interview:-<ul><li>Any working day &amp; timing at Alambagh, Lucknow head office between 1:30 pm to 04:00 pm.</li><li>Contact Mr. Ranjeet K.
