We are seeking a dedicated and qualified BAMS Doctor to manage and operate our in-house Ayurvedic clinic. The primary responsibility is to provide holistic healthcare services to our employees, promote wellness through Ayurvedic principles and manage the day-to-day operations of the facility.
Job role and responsibilities:-
- Consultation & Diagnosis: Conduct OPD (Outpatient Department) consultations for employees, diagnosing ailments based on Ayurveda principles (Prakriti analysis) and modern medical understanding.
- Treatment Planning: Prescribe Ayurvedic medicines, lifestyle modifications, and dietary plans to treat acute and chronic illnesses.
- Clinic Management: Oversee the daily operations of the company clinic, including maintaining medical records, inventory of medicines, and ensuring hygiene standards.
- Wellness Programs: Organize and lead corporate wellness workshops, yoga sessions, and stress management seminars to improve employee productivity and health.
- Preventive Care: Educate staff on ergonomics, seasonal health precautions, and preventive Ayurveda practices.
- Emergency Response: Provide immediate first-aid and basic life support in case of workplace medical emergencies before referring to a tertiary hospital.
Requirements for applying for this post:-
Work experience and qualification:-
- Must hold a valid registration with the Central/State Council of Indian Medicine.
- Must have minimum 1 year of clinical experience (preferred), though bright freshers may be considered.
- Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) from a recognized university / college
Soft Skills:-
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and the local language.
- Empathy and a patient-centric approach.
- Ability to explain complex Ayurvedic concepts in simple terms for corporate professionals.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic computer skills for maintaining electronic health records (EHR).
Job location:- Any Clinic in Lucknow.
Remunerations:- Rs.25,000-50,000/- per month + PF + others.
