This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise while contributing to a vibrant team.Duties<ul><li>Greet visitors and clients at the front desk with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive first impression</li><li>Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, directing calls accurately and courteously while practicing excellent phone etiquette</li><li>Manage calendar schedules, appointments, and meetings using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools</li><li>Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and ensure clarity in all correspondence</li><li>Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently while maintaining organized filing systems</li><li>Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks, and maintaining office equipment</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients or visitors with inquiries or support needs</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Some computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and basic computer literacy</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to assist diverse clients and team members</li><li>Experience with multi-line phone systems, calendar management, data entry, and filing systems is essential</li><li>Knowledge of QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks is a plus but not mandatory; training can be provided</li><li>Demonstrated customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and a friendly demeanor</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining high accuracy in proofreading and data entry tasks</li><li>Filing, invoicing, and taking messages.</li></ul>Join us as an Office Assistant to be a key player in creating an efficient, welcoming workspace!
