This role also involves assisting with payroll, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws, and helping to coordinate training and employee engagement activities. The position requires strong organizational skills, a detail-oriented approach to handling confidential information, and familiarity with HR software. Key responsibilities<ul><li>Recruitment and onboarding: Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews. Manage the onboarding of new hires, including new employee orientation and probationary periods.</li><li>HR administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files. Assist with payroll processing and resolve payment issues.</li><li>Employee relations and engagement: Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related issues. Support and organize employee engagement activities and events.</li><li>Training and development: Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating training sessions. Maintain records of training and development activities.</li><li>Compliance and policies: Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
