Candidate will be responsible for core HR functions, such as managing recruitment processes, onboarding employees and maintaining accurate employee records. This role also involves assisting with payroll, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws, and helping to coordinate training and employee engagement activities. The position requires strong organizational skills, a detail-oriented approach to handling confidential information, and familiarity with HR software. Key responsibilities

  • Recruitment and onboarding: Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews. Manage the onboarding of new hires, including new employee orientation and probationary periods.
  • HR administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files. Assist with payroll processing and resolve payment issues.
  • Employee relations and engagement: Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related issues. Support and organize employee engagement activities and events.
  • Training and development: Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating training sessions. Maintain records of training and development activities.
  • Compliance and policies: Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
