We&rsquo;re hiring a Personal Lines CSR to help clients with policy changes, billing questions, claims support, renewals and quoting new business. If you&rsquo;re licensed&mdash;great. If not, we&rsquo;ll train the right person and support you through getting your PA Property &amp; Casualty license.Schedule / Location<ul><li>Full-time, Monday&ndash;Friday, 8:30am&ndash;5:00pm (Shippenville office)</li><li>No nights, no weekends</li></ul>Pay &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Paid time off + paid holidays</li><li>401(k) with company match</li><li>Paid training and career development</li><li>Licensing support: we pay for prep materials and exam fees; structured training plan is provided</li></ul>What you&rsquo;ll do (core responsibilities)<ul><li>Provide friendly, accurate support by phone/email/in person</li><li>Process policy changes (endorsements), ID cards, certificates, billing questions, and claim support</li><li>Assist with renewals and help clients understand coverage options</li><li>Document activity in our agency management system and keep client records accurate</li><li>Work with carriers and internal teammates to resolve service needs quickly</li><li>Underwrite and process new business</li></ul>You&rsquo;ll be successful here if you&hellip;<ul><li>Enjoy helping people and can explain things clearly</li><li>Are organized and detail-oriented (you catch mistakes before they reach the client)</li><li>Can manage multiple priorities in a busy office</li><li>Are comfortable using multiple computer systems and learning new tools</li><li>Embrace continuous learning and improvement</li></ul>Preferred (not required)<ul><li>PA Property &amp; Casualty license</li><li>Insurance agency experience</li><li>Experience in a customer-facing role (banking, medical office, hospitality, call center, etc.)</li></ul>Our onboarding plan<ul><li>Structured training + weekly coaching</li><li>Clear expectations during the first 60 days</li><li>Support to earn your license if needed</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Property &amp; Casualty License (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
