Insurance Customer Service Representative

Summary
Siegel Insurance is a local, independent insurance agency serving our community with integrity and exceptional service. We’re hiring a Personal Lines CSR to help clients with policy changes, billing questions, claims support, renewals and quoting new business. If you’re licensed—great. If not, we’ll train the right person and support you through getting your PA Property & Casualty license.

Schedule / Location

• Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm (Shippenville office)
• No nights, no weekends

What you’ll do (core responsibilities)

• Provide friendly, accurate support by phone/email/in person
• Process policy changes (endorsements), ID cards, certificates, billing questions, and claim support
• Assist with renewals and help clients understand coverage options
• Document activity in our agency management system and keep client records accurate
• Work with carriers and internal teammates to resolve service needs quickly
• Underwrite and process new business

• Can manage multiple priorities in a busy office
• Are comfortable using multiple computer systems and learning new tools
• Embrace continuous learning and improvement

Preferred (not required)

• PA Property & Casualty license
• Insurance agency experience
• Experience in a customer-facing role (banking, medical office, hospitality, call center, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
