With years of experience delivering turnkey automation projects, Sigma Automation partners with top global brands like ABB, Siemens, Rockwell, and Schneider to provide smart, reliable, and energy-efficient control solutions.Our mission is to empower industries through intelligent automation, innovation, and sustainable engineering excellence.Open Positions:<ul><li>Junior Automation Engineer</li><li>Senior Automation Engineer (2&ndash;5 Years Experience)</li></ul>Job Description:As an Automation Engineer at Sigma Automation &amp; Instruments, you will:<ul><li>Design, develop, and commission PLC/DCS-based automation systems.</li><li>Work on configuration and programming for ABB, Siemens, Rockwell, and Schneider platforms.</li><li>Develop and implement HMI/SCADA screens and control logic for process automation.</li><li>Integrate and test communication between field instruments, VFDs, and controllers.</li><li>Troubleshoot and support automation systems both onsite and remotely.</li><li>Prepare engineering documentation, I/O lists, and project reports.</li></ul>Technical Expertise Required:PLC &amp; DCS Systems:<ul><li>ABB: ABB 800xA, CHMI, AC-500, Zenon, Freelance, Symphony Plus</li><li>SIEMENS: All Series PLCs, DCS, PCS-7</li><li>ROCKWELL: PLCs, DCS, WinCC, FactoryTalk View</li><li>SCHNEIDER: PLCs with Aveva, Citect Software</li></ul>Additional Skills:<ul><li>Good understanding of Server&ndash;Client architecture</li><li>Knowledge of communication protocols: Modbus RTU/485, TCP/IP, Profibus DP, Profinet, Bacnet, EtherNetAPL</li><li>Hands-on experience with VFDs (ABB &amp; other reputed makes) is an added advantage</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Automation Engineering</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills</li><li>Willingness to travel for project execution and commissioning</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;320,843.17 - &#8377;775,742.70 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Are you willing to relocate to Rajahmundry for Job ?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
