About the RoleWe are looking for a full-time Website &amp; Graphic Designer with strong expertise in WordPress website design. This role focuses on designing, managing, and enhancing WordPress-based websites while supporting brand and marketing design requirements across digital platforms.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>WordPress Website Design: Design, build, update, and maintain WordPress websites, landing pages, and microsites</li><li>UI/UX Design: Create visually appealing, user-friendly layouts with a strong focus on performance and responsiveness</li><li>Theme &amp; Page Builders: Customize themes and work with page builders (Elementor / Gutenberg or similar)</li><li>Website Assets: Design banners, icons, visuals, and graphics for website use</li><li>Website Optimisation: Ensure design consistency, mobile responsiveness, and basic SEO-friendly structure</li><li>Graphic Design: Create digital and print creatives for marketing and internal communications</li><li>Event Branding: Design event creatives, banners, and HR announcements</li><li>Marketing Collateral: Develop brochures, presentations, posters, and campaign assets</li><li>Video &amp; Motion: Execute basic video edits including cut, trim, text animations, and AI voice integration</li><li>Social Media: Design creatives for LinkedIn and other platforms</li><li>Brand Consistency: Maintain brand guidelines across website and all visual touchpoints</li><li>Multi-Platform Adaptation: Resize and optimize creatives for web, mobile, and print</li><li>Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and leadership teams</li><li>Task Management: Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in WordPress website design and management</li><li>Strong working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects</li><li>Understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy</li><li>Experience with WordPress themes, plugins, and page builders</li><li>Basic understanding of website performance, responsiveness, and SEO best practices</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail</li><li>Portfolio showcasing WordPress websites and graphic design work</li></ul>PortfolioPlease share links to WordPress websites you have designed and your design portfolio.If you&rsquo;re passionate about creating high-impact WordPress websites and brand visuals, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you.Job Types: Full-time, InternshipPay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
