Web & Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a full-time Website & Graphic Designer with strong expertise in WordPress website design. This role focuses on designing, managing, and enhancing WordPress-based websites while supporting brand and marketing design requirements across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• WordPress Website Design: Design, build, update, and maintain WordPress websites, landing pages, and microsites
• UI/UX Design: Create visually appealing, user-friendly layouts with a strong focus on performance and responsiveness
• Theme & Page Builders: Customize themes and work with page builders (Elementor / Gutenberg or similar)
• Website Assets: Design banners, icons, visuals, and graphics for website use
• Website Optimisation: Ensure design consistency, mobile responsiveness, and basic SEO-friendly structure
• Graphic Design: Create digital and print creatives for marketing and internal communications
• Event Branding: Design event creatives, banners, and HR announcements
• Marketing Collateral: Develop brochures, presentations, posters, and campaign assets
• Video & Motion: Execute basic video edits including cut, trim, text animations, and AI voice integration
• Social Media: Design creatives for LinkedIn and other platforms
• Brand Consistency: Maintain brand guidelines across website and all visual touchpoints
• Multi-Platform Adaptation: Resize and optimize creatives for web, mobile, and print
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and leadership teams
• Task Management: Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently

Requirements

• Proven experience in WordPress website design and management
• Strong working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
• Understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Experience with WordPress themes, plugins, and page builders
• Basic understanding of website performance, responsiveness, and SEO best practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Portfolio showcasing WordPress websites and graphic design work
