Senior Graphic Designer @ Pune | Hybrid (3 days in office)Company: Sigma Solve (IT Services: Staffing &amp; Project Delivery) Experience: 10&ndash;15 years Reporting to: VP, Sales &amp; Marketing Location: Pune (commutable); Hybrid with 3 days/week in officeRole SummaryWe&rsquo;re refreshing Sigma Solve&rsquo;s brand and need a senior, concept-driven designer to own our visual identity end-to-end. You&rsquo;ll define the brand design language, shape our website experience, and create modular social media templates and GTM collateral that make us stand out in a crowded IT services landscape.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Own the brand system: Create/update the visual identity (logo usage, color, type, grids, iconography, illustration style, motion cues, photography rules) and maintain a scalable brand design system with documentation.</li><li>Website design: Lead UX/UI design for the corporate site and key landing pages (wireframes to high-fidelity in Figma), partnering with content, SEO, and engineering; ensure responsive, fast, and conversion-oriented pages.</li><li>Marketing toolkits: Build a library of social media templates, one-pagers, case-study layouts, decks, event kits, email banners, and sales collateral; enable easy reuse by non-designers.</li><li>Brand refresh execution: Translate positioning and messaging into distinctive visual narratives; run design explorations and bold concepts, then narrow to what&rsquo;s both ownable and effective.</li><li>Motion &amp; micro-interactions (nice to have): Light motion graphics, videos and interaction guidelines for web and social.</li><li>Governance: Set up brand guidelines, component libraries, and review rituals; evangelize brand consistency across teams.</li><li>Collaboration: Work closely with VP Sales &amp; Marketing, content, demand gen, web dev, and leadership; manage timelines and vendor handoffs.</li></ul>Must-Haves<ul><li>10&ndash;15 years in brand/visual design with a strong brand refresh or rebrand portfolio (preferably B2B/technology or services).</li><li>Demonstrated ability to craft a distinctive design language and carry it through website + social + sales collateral.</li><li>Risk-taking creativity with business sense: you can push the envelope and still hit conversion goals.</li><li>Expert in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).</li><li>Strong typography, layout systems, and visual hierarchy; knowledge of accessibility-minded design.</li><li>Experience collaborating with web developers; basic understanding of responsive design, export specs, and web constraints.</li><li>Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders; clear rationale and data-aware design decisions.</li><li>Based in Pune; able to work hybrid (3 days in office)</li></ul>Portfolio RequirementPlease share a PDF or link highlighting:<ul><li>A brand refresh project (before/after, rationale, system elements).</li><li>Website/landing page design examples (showing problem &rarr; solution &rarr; impact).</li><li>Social/collateral templates demonstrating modularity and scale.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,776.02 - &#8377;52,336.40 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Brand/visual design: 10 years (Required)</li><li>B2B/technology or services: 10 years (Required)</li><li>UX/UI design: 10 years (Required)</li><li>Website design: 10 years (Required)</li><li>Figma: 10 years (Required)</li><li>Adobe Illustrator: 10 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
