We pride ourselves on craftsmanship, efficiency, and strong customer relationships.Position OverviewWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to work on-site at our Temple office. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the day-to-day accounting needs of the business.Key Responsibilities&middot; Maintain and update financial records and general ledger&middot; Process accounts payable and accounts receivable&middot; Reconcile bank and credit card statements&middot; Generate invoices and track outstanding payments&middot; Assist with payroll processing&middot; Prepare monthly financial reports (P&amp;L, balance sheet, etc.)&middot; Maintain organized vendor and customer records&middot; Support CPA with tax preparation and year-end reportingQualifications&middot; Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience required&middot; Proficiency in QuickBooks (preferred) or similar accounting software&middot; Strong understanding of basic accounting principles&middot; High attention to detail and accuracy&middot; Strong organizational and time management skills&middot; Ability to work independently and maintain confidentialityPreferred Experience&middot; Experience in construction, manufacturing, or service-based industries&middot; Familiarity with job costingSchedule&middot; Part-time, approximately 10&ndash;20 hours per week&middot; Flexible schedule during standard business hours&middot; Work is performed on-site at our Temple location (not remote)Pay: From $18.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
