About the Role:We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations for Signature Realty Homes, a fast-growing real estate brokerage in Dubai. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, compliance with UAE regulations, and smooth handling of commissions, vendor payments, and financial documentation.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Developer Payment Management: Follow up with property developers for monthly reconciliations, commission confirmations, and payment reminders.</li><li>Commission Processing: Record all incoming commissions accurately in the company&rsquo;s system and coordinate with the sales team for timely disbursements.</li><li>Compliance &amp; Reporting: Support VAT filings and maintain compliance with UAE AML regulations, including CBUAE and KYC reporting.</li><li>Financial Documentation: Prepare financial records and documentation for internal and external audits to ensure transparency.</li><li>General Accounting: Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations across multiple accounts.</li><li>Budget Support: Assist management with budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting to support business decisions.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA/ACCA preferred)</li><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of accounting experience in a UAE real estate brokerage or related industry</li><li>Knowledge of developer commission structures, AML regulations, and UAE tax laws</li><li>Proficient in accounting software and CRM platforms used in real estate</li><li>Strong organizational, communication, and reporting skills</li><li>Bilingual: English required; Arabic or Mandarin is a plus</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary package</li><li>Opportunity to work with a dynamic finance team</li><li>Exposure to high-level real estate transactions</li><li>Collaborative and growth-oriented work environment</li></ul>How to ApplyIf you are a meticulous accounting professional with experience in real estate finance and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, submit your CV via email to hermella@signaturehomesuae.com.Job Type: Full-timePay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
