Senior Accountant

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations for Signature Realty Homes, a fast-growing real estate brokerage in Dubai. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, compliance with UAE regulations, and smooth handling of commissions, vendor payments, and financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Developer Payment Management: Follow up with property developers for monthly reconciliations, commission confirmations, and payment reminders.
• Commission Processing: Record all incoming commissions accurately in the company’s system and coordinate with the sales team for timely disbursements.
• Compliance & Reporting: Support VAT filings and maintain compliance with UAE AML regulations, including CBUAE and KYC reporting.
• Financial Documentation: Prepare financial records and documentation for internal and external audits to ensure transparency.
• General Accounting: Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations across multiple accounts.
• Budget Support: Assist management with budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting to support business decisions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA/ACCA preferred)
• Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience in a UAE real estate brokerage or related industry
• Knowledge of developer commission structures, AML regulations, and UAE tax laws
• Proficient in accounting software and CRM platforms used in real estate
• Strong organizational, communication, and reporting skills
• Bilingual: English required; Arabic or Mandarin is a plus
