Sales &amp; Graphic Designer (Versatile Role) &ndash; Full-TimeJob OverviewWe are seeking a highly versatile and self-driven individual who can confidently handle a wide range of responsibilities within a busy sign and print environment. This position is ideal for someone who can work independently, adapt quickly, and step into any role as needed&mdash;similar to a freelance, multi-skill professional operating within a team.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Answer and manage phone calls with professional customer service</li><li>Assist walk-in customers and guide them through product options and services</li><li>Prepare accurate quotes, estimates, and sales orders</li><li>Communicate clearly with clients regarding proofs, revisions, approvals, and project timelines</li><li>Create professional graphic designs for signs, banners, decals, vehicle wraps, window/wall graphics, and other print materials</li><li>Prepare clean, print-ready artwork files</li><li>Execute marketing tasks such as social media posts, content creation, and promotional materials</li><li>Assist with basic shop tasks, including helping installers with simple prep work when needed</li><li>Maintain organized project files and work efficiently within deadlines</li><li>Float between sales, design, production support, and customer service depending on daily workload</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Strong graphic design skills &mdash; Adobe Illustrator required (Photoshop/CorelDraw a plus)</li><li>Experience in sales, customer service, or print/sign industry preferred</li><li>Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently without supervision</li><li>Must be reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, and proactive</li><li>No training will be provided &mdash; applicants must already possess the necessary skills</li><li>Comfortable switching roles throughout the day based on business needs</li><li>Ability to assist with light physical tasks (lifting materials, vinyl handling, etc.)</li></ul>Ideal Candidate<ul><li>A &ldquo;jack-of-all-trades&rdquo; professional</li><li>Works efficiently under pressure</li><li>Learns quickly and takes initiative</li><li>Can manage multiple projects at once</li><li>Flexible and willing to help wherever needed</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>Based on experience and skill level</li><li>Full-time schedule with steady workflow</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
