We are seeking a highly versatile and self-driven individual who can confidently handle a wide range of responsibilities within a busy sign and print environment. This position is ideal for someone who can work independently, adapt quickly, and step into any role as needed—similar to a freelance, multi-skill professional operating within a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and manage phone calls with professional customer service
• Assist walk-in customers and guide them through product options and services
• Prepare accurate quotes, estimates, and sales orders
• Communicate clearly with clients regarding proofs, revisions, approvals, and project timelines
• Create professional graphic designs for signs, banners, decals, vehicle wraps, window/wall graphics, and other print materials
• Prepare clean, print-ready artwork files
• Execute marketing tasks such as social media posts, content creation, and promotional materials
• Assist with basic shop tasks, including helping installers with simple prep work when needed
• Maintain organized project files and work efficiently within deadlines
• Float between sales, design, production support, and customer service depending on daily workload

Qualifications

• Strong graphic design skills — Adobe Illustrator required (Photoshop/CorelDraw a plus)
• Experience in sales, customer service, or print/sign industry preferred
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently without supervision
• Must be reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, and proactive
• No training will be provided — applicants must already possess the necessary skills
• Comfortable switching roles throughout the day based on business needs
• Ability to assist with light physical tasks (lifting materials, vinyl handling, etc.)

Compensation

• Based on experience and skill level

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
