We are a fast-growing, full-service sign company looking for someone reliable, hands-on, and mechanically inclined to join our team.Sign fabrication experience is not required &mdash; we will train. However, vinyl installation and/or graphic design experience is strongly preferred.This role is a mix of shop fabrication and field installation. We are not looking for a helper &mdash; we need someone who can take ownership, stay productive, and figure things out without constant directionWhat You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Fabricate and assemble signs using aluminum, acrylic, PVC, and vinyl (training provided)</li><li>Install vinyl graphics (walls, windows, vehicles, panels)</li><li>Assist with installation of interior and exterior signage</li><li>Operate shop tools and equipment</li><li>Read basic drawings and follow install plans</li><li>Work both in the shop and occasionally in the field</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>1&ndash;3+ years of hands-on experience (construction, installation, shop work, or similar)</li><li>Experience with vinyl installation and/or graphic design (preferred)</li><li>Comfortable using tools (drills, saws, measuring, assembling)</li><li>Mechanically inclined &mdash; able to problem-solve without constant direction</li><li>Reliable &mdash; shows up and gets work done</li><li>Able to work independently once trained</li><li>Not afraid of physical work or job sitesGrowth Opportunity</li></ul>This role can grow into:<ul><li>Lead Fabricator</li><li>Lead Installer</li><li>Production / Installation Manager</li></ul>We are growing and looking for someone who wants a long-term opportunity, not just a job.Pay &amp; Benefits<ul><li>$24&ndash;$30/hr to start (based on experience)</li><li>Growth to $32&ndash;$35+ as skills develop</li><li>Health, Dental, Vision Insurance</li><li>Paid Time Off</li><li>Consistent, year-round work</li></ul>Preferred Backgrounds<ul><li>Vinyl installers / wrap shops</li><li>Graphic designers with hands-on production experience</li><li>Construction / carpentry</li><li>HVAC / electrical helpers</li><li>Shop / fabrication work</li></ul>Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>construction, installation, shop work, or similar): 1 year (Required)</li><li>installing vinyl graphics : 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
