Sign Fabricator / Installer – Hands-On Experience Required (Vinyl & Design Preferred)

We are a fast-growing, full-service sign company looking for someone reliable, hands-on, and mechanically inclined to join our team.

Sign fabrication experience is not required — we will train.
However, vinyl installation and/or graphic design experience is strongly preferred.

This role is a mix of shop fabrication and field installation. We are not looking for a helper — we need someone who can take ownership, stay productive, and figure things out without constant direction

What You’ll Do

• Fabricate and assemble signs using aluminum, acrylic, PVC, and vinyl (training provided)
• Install vinyl graphics (walls, windows, vehicles, panels)
• Assist with installation of interior and exterior signage
• Operate shop tools and equipment
• Read basic drawings and follow install plans
• Work both in the shop and occasionally in the field

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3+ years of hands-on experience (construction, installation, shop work, or similar)
• Experience with vinyl installation and/or graphic design (preferred)
• Comfortable using tools (drills, saws, measuring, assembling)
• Mechanically inclined — able to problem-solve without constant direction
• Reliable — shows up and gets work done
• Able to work independently once trained
• Not afraid of physical work or job sitesGrowth Opportunity

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
