Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Bartender/Server, where you will be the heart of the guest experience! Whether mixing cocktails at the bar or delivering impeccable service at the table, your enthusiasm will help foster a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back for more.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.</li><li>Take food and drink orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and deliver prompt, friendly service.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.</li><li>Engage with guests to provide exceptional customer service, answer questions about menu items, and promote specials or upgrades to enhance their experience.</li><li>Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cashiering duties and processing payments efficiently.</li><li>Assist in setting up banquet or catering events, ensuring all food handling and serving protocols are followed.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service flow during busy nights at nightclubs or fine dining settings.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Previous restaurant or food service experience, especially in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet environments.</li><li>Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with cash handling and retail math is a plus.</li><li>Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest satisfaction.</li><li>Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.</li><li>Ability to serve alcohol responsibly in accordance with local laws and regulations; beverage certification is preferred.</li><li>Experience working in the food industry with a focus on hospitality or brewing environments is advantageous.
