Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Take food and drink orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and deliver prompt, friendly service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Engage with guests to provide exceptional customer service, answer questions about menu items, and promote specials or upgrades to enhance their experience.
• Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cashiering duties and processing payments efficiently.
• Assist in setting up banquet or catering events, ensuring all food handling and serving protocols are followed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service flow during busy nights at nightclubs or fine dining settings.

Requirements

• Previous restaurant or food service experience, especially in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet environments.
• Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with cash handling and retail math is a plus.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest satisfaction.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to serve alcohol responsibly in accordance with local laws and regulations; beverage certification is preferred.

Pay: $14.00 - $25.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
