Job Description

Proactively search for and identify new projects and clients &mdash; including housing societies, and other relevant channels &mdash; to grow the customer base.</li><li>
Understand client requirements and present product solutions that best satisfy their needs in terms of quality, pricing, and timely delivery.</li><li>
Offer hands-on product knowledge, conduct demonstrations, and provide pre-sales technical assistance to clients, contractors, and applicators.</li><li>
Plan and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets; support and coordinate sales initiatives and project-specific solutions.</li><li>

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Execute daily production plans, ensuring optimal use of manpower, machinery, and materials.</li><li>
Monitor process quality and coordinate with QC for inspections.</li><li>
Enforce safety protocols, PPE usage, and maintain high housekeeping standards in the plant.</li><li>
