Sika is looking for an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to join its growing team in the Canton, MA area for our Roofing business. The Shift will be Sun, Mon, Tues and every other Wed 6pm to 6am.
The Maintenance Mechanic will coordinate all maintenance projects and handle general facility maintenance and will report directly to the Maintenance Supervisor.
Salary Range: $35 - $42/hour with a 10% shift differential based on education, experience and qualifications of the applicant.

General office and manufacturing maintenance

Lubrication / oil changing of heavy production machinery

Repair / replace bearings, gear-heads, belts, chains, conveyors, filters, etc.

Modify existing structural components to comply with safety regulations, cost savings measures as required

Perform all duties while maintaining high quality with everyday thoughts for Environment, Health & Safety
