We&rsquo;re looking for an organized and proactive Operations Manager to help streamline our day-to-day operations and support our next stage of growth.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Oversee daily business operations &mdash; from inventory to fulfillment.</li><li>Manage communication with our 3PL, manufacturers, and vendors.</li><li>Track production timelines, shipments, and product launches.</li><li>Monitor stock levels and ensure reorders stay on schedule.</li><li>Implement systems and processes to improve efficiency.</li><li>Lead and support part-time staff and internal team tasks.</li><li>Help track expenses, shipping costs, and operational reports.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>2+ years in operations, logistics, or production (apparel/eCommerce preferred)</li><li>Extremely organized and detail-oriented</li><li>Strong communicator and proactive problem solver</li><li>Thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment</li><li>Excited to bring structure and systems to a creative brand</li><li>Communicate with manufacturers(Orders, timelines)</li><li>Tracking budgets, Pos.</li></ul>Perks<ul><li>Product allowance + early access to new launches</li><li>Flexible hybrid schedule</li><li>Room for growth as the brand scales</li></ul>&#10024; We can&rsquo;t wait to work with you and welcome you to the Silks family.Job Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per yearWork Location: Hybrid remote in Queen Creek, AZ 85142
