About Us

Silks Design is a fast-growing family apparel brand known for our buttery-soft bamboo loungewear and matching sets for the whole family. We’re looking for an organized and proactive Operations Manager to help streamline our day-to-day operations and support our next stage of growth.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily business operations — from inventory to fulfillment.
• Manage communication with our 3PL, manufacturers, and vendors.
• Track production timelines, shipments, and product launches.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure reorders stay on schedule.
• Implement systems and processes to improve efficiency.
• Lead and support part-time staff and internal team tasks.
• Help track expenses, shipping costs, and operational reports.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years in operations, logistics, or production (apparel/eCommerce preferred)
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Strong communicator and proactive problem solver
• Thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment
• Excited to bring structure and systems to a creative brand
• Communicate with manufacturers(Orders, timelines)
• Tracking budgets, Pos.
