A high level of commitment, professionalism, and adaptability to travel schedules is expected.Roles and Responsibilities:&#9679; Conduct one-on-one career counselling sessions with students to understand their goals, interests, and academic backgrounds.&#9679; Provide tailored guidance on overseas education opportunities, country selection, course selection, and university options with a focus on client enrolment and conversion.&#9679; Explain admission processes, documentation requirements, scholarships, and timelines for various countries and institutions.&#9679; Assist students in shortlisting programs based on their academic performance, budget, and future career aspirations.&#9679; Conduct psychometric tests or aptitude assessments where applicable to support informed decision-making.&#9679; Offer life-skill development sessions such as goal-setting, time management, and confidence building for students.&#9679; Maintain regular contact with assigned students and parents throughout their application journey.&#9679; Build and nurture strong relationships with partner schools across Chandigarh through regular visits and follow-ups.&#9679; Represent the organization during school outreach visits, career fairs, workshops, and information sessions.&#9679; Travel periodically to partner schools in nearby cities for events, seminars, and relationship management.&#9679; Coordinate with the applications team to ensure smooth handover and follow-through post counselling.&#9679; Ensure accurate documentation and systematic record-keeping of all student information and application files.&#9679; Update and maintain the CRM/allocated software with current, complete, and error-free student data throughout the counselling and application cycle.&#9679; Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with company associates, students, and parents regarding pending documents or updates.&#9679; Drive the maximum conversion of eligible assessments into applications, and further into confirmed admissions.&#9679; Conduct internal assessments of counsellor performance and recommend improvements to enhance team productivity.&#9679; Attend all relevant training sessions and webinars conducted by Canadian colleges and universities to stay up to date on processes and policies.&#9679; Organize and facilitate destination-specific training sessions for new counsellors, associates, and their teams.&#9679; Take charge of all business development activities for the Canada destination, including follow-ups with educational consultants, associates, and institutions.&#9679; Guide students on university/college interview formats, expectations, and mock interview preparation when required.&#9679; Provide assistance and personalized feedback on Statement of Purpose (SOP) writing, ensuring alignment with the expectations of Canadian institutions.&#9679; Maintain a direct working relationship with Canadian institutional representatives and escalate key cases for quick resolutions.&#9679; Collaborate with the marketing and outreach team to promote Canadian education offerings and enhance lead generation.&#9679; Participate in and help organize destination-specific student events, webinars, and pre-departure orientations.&#9679; Monitor application progress across the entire Canada pipeline and intervene in case of delays or errors.&#9679; Ensure adherence to internal timelines and institution-specific deadlines, managing application flow with precision.&#9679; Provide performance reports, insights, and recommendations to the senior management on a monthly and quarterly basis.&#9679; Handle business development calls from associates, offering destination-specific counselling support and assistance in client servicing.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;55,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
