Senior Architect/Engineering ManagerSilver Heights Engineering Consultants is looking to Hire a Senior Architect in Dubai OfficeResponsibilities:<ul><li>Handle Architectural activities</li><li>Authorities Submission in Dubai ( DM &ndash; DCD &ndash; TRAKHESS &ndash; DDA &hellip;etc)</li><li>Conduct necessary coordination between various design departments such as architects, MEP and QS.</li><li>Coordinate with clients and various authorities.</li><li>Attend Site Meeting and Authority Inspections.</li><li>Architectural Drawings and Interior Design</li><li>Review detailed design drawings produced by the team before tendering.</li><li>Reply to site RFIs for Architectural queries.</li><li>Leadership and managing team Member</li><li>Team Leadership &ndash; MEP &amp; Structural: Skilled in managing and supervising dedicated MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and Structural engineering teams, ensuring high-quality design development, interdisciplinary coordination, and timely deliverables.</li><li>Office &amp; Project Management: Effective management of day-to-day office operations, workload planning, team coordination, documentation control, and client communication.</li><li>Financial Planning &amp; Budget Oversight: Preparation and review of project budgets, cost estimates, resource allocation plans, financial tracking, and reporting to ensure projects remain on schedule and within approved financial parameters.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>UAE Driving License</li><li>Expert in CAD</li><li>Expert in Architect Software and Microsoft Office.</li><li>Bachelor Degree in Architecture</li><li>+8 Years Experience</li><li>SOE Registration ( Preferable)</li><li>DM Architect G+4 (Must)</li><li>Abu Dhabi Municipality experience ( Preferable)</li><li>Leadership Skills</li><li>+8 Years experience of managing Engineering Team</li></ul>Job Types: Full-timeSalary: Start from AED7,000.00 per monthEducation:&middot; Bachelor's (Required)Experience:&middot; Architect: 8 years (Required)Language:&middot; English (Required).
