Senior Structural Engineer

Silver Heights Engineering Consultants is looking to Hire a Senior Structural Engineer in Dubai Office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of engineers, delivering high-quality structural designs, and coordinating with authorities and project stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of engineers and draftspersons
• Handle structural design activities and Authorities Submissions.
• Conduct necessary coordination between various design departments such as architects, MEP and QS.
• Coordinate with client and various authorities.
• Attend Site Meeting and Authority Inspections.
• site visits and prepare Projects
• Review detailed design drawings produced by the team before tendering.
• Oversee project timelines, quality, and technical deliverables
• Reply to site RFIs for structural queries.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality standards and project specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Expert in CAD
• Proficiency in structural design software (ETABS, SAFE, STAAD, etc.)
• DM approved G+4 license and Abu Dhabi is preferred
• Strong experience in consultancy firms within the UAE

· Society of Engineering (SOE) Member
