If you are a pro at managing paperwork and keeping project records in top shape, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Document Preparation: Draft and organize project-related documents, transmittals, and reports.</li><li>Material Submissions: Maintain and track material submission logs, ensuring all records are up to date.</li><li>Record Keeping: Systematically file and archive quality records, site reports, and correspondence.</li><li>Coordination: Assist the QC team in administrative tasks to ensure compliance with project standards.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Gender: Female (as per project requirements).</li><li>Visa Status: Must be on Family Sponsorship (preferred) or have a valid visa with an NOC to work temporarily.</li><li>Availability: Must be able to start immediately and commit to a 2-month duration.</li><li>Skills: * Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).</li><li>Previous experience in a civil engineering or construction environment is a plus.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</li></ul>How to ApplyInterested candidates who meet the above criteria are invited to submit their updated CV for review.Work Location: In person
