We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Assistant Quality Control & Document Controller to join our team for a short-term project in Abu Dhabi. If you are a pro at managing paperwork and keeping project records in top shape, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Document Preparation: Draft and organize project-related documents, transmittals, and reports.
- Material Submissions: Maintain and track material submission logs, ensuring all records are up to date.
- Record Keeping: Systematically file and archive quality records, site reports, and correspondence.
- Coordination: Assist the QC team in administrative tasks to ensure compliance with project standards.
Requirements
- Gender: Female (as per project requirements).
- Visa Status: Must be on Family Sponsorship (preferred) or have a valid visa with an NOC to work temporarily.
- Availability: Must be able to start immediately and commit to a 2-month duration.
- Skills: * Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Previous experience in a civil engineering or construction environment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
