Your day-to-day will involve:<ul><li>Bookkeeping &amp; Finances: Managing accounts payable/receivable (AP/AR), processing invoices, recording deposits, and handling routine QuickBooks data entry.</li><li>Office Coordination: Answering incoming phone calls, routing mail, tracking office supplies, and maintaining clean electronic and physical files.</li><li>Project Support: Assisting our field team with data management, tracking project files, and generating basic reports using Word and Excel.</li><li>Vendor &amp; Client Liaison: Serving as a friendly, professional point of contact for our clients, vendors, and external CPA.</li></ul>What You Bring to the TableIf you have a knack for numbers, love an organized workspace, and bring a positive attitude, you'll thrive here.
