<ul><li>Preparation and timely filing of statutory e-Forms with ROC (MGT-7, AOC-4 XBRL, DIR-12, INC-22, PAS-3, etc.).</li><li>Maintenance and updating of statutory registers as per Companies Act, 2013 and Secretarial Standards.</li><li>Preparation of monthly/quarterly compliance status reports.</li><li>Organizing Board, Committee, and General Meetings, including drafting notices, agendas, agenda notes, and minutes.</li><li>Drafting and implementation of Board and Shareholder resolutions.</li><li>Ensuring compliance with CSR provisions.</li><li>Assisting in drafting, reviewing, and managing commercial contracts, NDAs, MOUs, and service agreements.</li><li>Contract management and coordination with external legal counsel for minor legal/litigation matters.</li><li>Working knowledge of Companies Act, 2013 and Secretarial Standards.</li><li>Familiarity with XBRL filings.</li><li>Basic understanding of contract management.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Company Secretary License (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
