- Preparation and timely filing of statutory e-Forms with ROC (MGT-7, AOC-4 XBRL, DIR-12, INC-22, PAS-3, etc.).
- Maintenance and updating of statutory registers as per Companies Act, 2013 and Secretarial Standards.
- Preparation of monthly/quarterly compliance status reports.
- Organizing Board, Committee, and General Meetings, including drafting notices, agendas, agenda notes, and minutes.
- Drafting and implementation of Board and Shareholder resolutions.
- Ensuring compliance with CSR provisions.
- Assisting in drafting, reviewing, and managing commercial contracts, NDAs, MOUs, and service agreements.
- Contract management and coordination with external legal counsel for minor legal/litigation matters.
- Working knowledge of Companies Act, 2013 and Secretarial Standards.
- Familiarity with XBRL filings.
- Basic understanding of contract management.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
