  • Preparation and timely filing of statutory e-Forms with ROC (MGT-7, AOC-4 XBRL, DIR-12, INC-22, PAS-3, etc.).
  • Maintenance and updating of statutory registers as per Companies Act, 2013 and Secretarial Standards.
  • Preparation of monthly/quarterly compliance status reports.
  • Organizing Board, Committee, and General Meetings, including drafting notices, agendas, agenda notes, and minutes.
  • Drafting and implementation of Board and Shareholder resolutions.
  • Ensuring compliance with CSR provisions.
  • Assisting in drafting, reviewing, and managing commercial contracts, NDAs, MOUs, and service agreements.
  • Contract management and coordination with external legal counsel for minor legal/litigation matters.
  • Working knowledge of Companies Act, 2013 and Secretarial Standards.
  • Familiarity with XBRL filings.
  • Basic understanding of contract management.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
