 Job description: Technical Project Management
 
 
 
 
 Location: Yelahanka, Bangalore
 
 
 
 
 You Will
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Good analytical and reporting skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Operational experience in a fast-moving startup environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work with different stakeholders, both internal and external
 </li>
 <li>
 High ownership quotient
 </li>
 <li>
 Problem solving ability and a huge bias for action
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent presentation and excel skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Working on ramping up supply and deployments across Simpleenergy&rsquo; s geographic locations
 </li>
 <li>
 Leading projects related to sale of electric vehicles
 </li>
 <li>
 Leading initiatives related to creating new lines of business along with the leadership team
 </li>
 <li>
 New geographic rollouts for the existing line of business
 </li>
 <li>
 New category rollouts to extend our existing business lines
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 You must have any or a combination of any of the following skills:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 A bachelor s degree or equivalent in Engineering or a related field. PGDM/ MBA would be a big plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 2-4 years of experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong verbal written communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives, product and technical leaders, external partners, and developers&rsquo; designers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience as a Software Project Manager or similar role in software development.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Microsoft Project).
 </li>
 <li>
 Certification in Project Management (PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
