Job description: Technical Project Management

Location: Yelahanka, Bangalore

You Will

• Good analytical and reporting skills
• Operational experience in a fast-moving startup environment
• Ability to work with different stakeholders, both internal and external
• High ownership quotient
• Problem solving ability and a huge bias for action
• Excellent presentation and excel skills
• Working on ramping up supply and deployments across Simpleenergy’ s geographic locations
• Leading projects related to sale of electric vehicles
• Leading initiatives related to creating new lines of business along with the leadership team
• New geographic rollouts for the existing line of business
• New category rollouts to extend our existing business lines
  
  

You must have any or a combination of any of the following skills:

• A bachelor s degree or equivalent in Engineering or a related field. PGDM/ MBA would be a big plus.
• 2-4 years of experience
• Strong verbal written communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives, product and technical leaders, external partners, and developers’ designers.
• Proven experience as a Software Project Manager or similar role in software development.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Microsoft Project).
• Certification in Project Management (PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
