This position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry while contributing to exciting building endeavors.Duties<ul><li>Assist with building trusses and doors</li><li>Load, unload, and organize materials and tools needed for daily tasks</li><li>Support carpenters with their specific needs on-site</li><li>Operate basic construction equipment under supervision, such as forklifts, hand tools, and small machinery</li><li>Follow all safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for everyone</li><li>Help with site cleanup at the end of each shift to keep the workspace organized and hazard-free</li><li>Perform routine inspections of tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Prior experience in construction or manual labor is a plus; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn</li><li>Prior experience with building trusses and doors a plus.</li><li>Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods</li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards</li><li>Good communication skills for working effectively within a team environment</li><li>Basic understanding of construction site procedures is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided</li><li>Reliable work ethic with punctuality and dependability as core qualities</li></ul>Embark on an energetic career path in construction where your efforts build more than structures &mdash; they build your future!
