Construction Laborer

Duties

• Assist with building trusses and doors
• Load, unload, and organize materials and tools needed for daily tasks
• Support carpenters with their specific needs on-site
• Operate basic construction equipment under supervision, such as forklifts, hand tools, and small machinery
• Follow all safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for everyone
• Help with site cleanup at the end of each shift to keep the workspace organized and hazard-free
• Perform routine inspections of tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance

Experience

• Prior experience in construction or manual labor is a plus; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
• Prior experience with building trusses and doors a plus.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
• Good communication skills for working effectively within a team environment
• Basic understanding of construction site procedures is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
• Reliable work ethic with punctuality and dependability as core qualities
