The Job</div><div></div>
The Territory Account Executive is responsible for managing and growing sales within a designated geographic area (territory). This role focuses on acquiring new customers, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth by promoting and selling the company&rsquo;s products or services. The Territory Account Executive will work closely with prospective clients to identify their needs and provide solutions that align with Simpro Group&rsquo;s offerings.<div></div><div>
What You&rsquo;ll Do</div><div>
Sales Strategy &amp; Territory Management:</div><ul><li><div>
Develop and execute a Territory sales plan to achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.</div></li><li><div>
Identify and target new business opportunities in target accounts and ICP and Research and analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.</div></li><li><div>
Build a strong network of contacts within the Territory and establish a robust pipeline for future sales.</div></li></ul><div><br>
</div><div>Customer Acquisition &amp; Relationship Building:</div><ul><li><div>
Prospect new clients through various channels, including cold calling, partners, networking, referrals, and industry events.</div></li><li><div>
Present company products/services to potential clients through meetings, presentations, and demonstrations.</div></li><li><div>
Respond to customer inquiries, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and close sales deals.</div></li></ul><div></div><div>
Sales Performance &amp; Reporting:</div><ul><li><div>
Meet and exceed sales quotas and performance targets.</div></li><li><div>
The ability to identify opportunities and successfully convert those into revenue.</div></li><li><div>
Track and report sales activities, opportunities, forecasts, and progress to management regularly.</div></li><li><div>
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and opportunities in CRM systems.</div></li></ul><div><br>
</div><div>Collaboration &amp; Support:</div><ul><li><div>
Work closely with the marketing team to implement campaigns and promotions tailored to the territory&rsquo;s needs.</div></li><li><div>
Collaborate with sales engineering, implementation, customer success, and other internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience and to meet customer requirements.</div></li><li><div>
Attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay informed about product updates, sales techniques, and industry trends.</div></li></ul><div><br>
</div><div>Market Intelligence &amp; Feedback:</div><ul><li><div>
Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams regarding customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in the market.</div></li><li><div>
Stay informed about industry developments and competitors to identify new sales opportunities.</div></li></ul><div></div><div>
What You&rsquo;ll Bring</div><div><div>
Skills:</div><ul><li><div>
A demonstrated track record of selling in SaaS or the trades industries (ideally both)</div></li><li><div>
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</div></li><li><div>
Demonstrate strong persuasive communication skills to articulate and convey a compelling vision for the future state of the client's business, illustrating how our solutions can address their needs and drive transformational outcomes.</div></li><li><div>
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.</div></li><li><div>
Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Clari, etc).</div></li><li><div>
Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and a solution-oriented approach.</div></li><li><div>
Have a driving license and reliable car that can be used for business purposes.</div></li></ul><div><br>
</div><div>Experience:</div><ul><li><div>
Typically has 5+ years&rsquo; experience in B2B sales, account management, or territory management, preferably in Saas industry.</div></li><li><div>
Experience in prospecting, cold calling, and converting leads into sales.</div></li><li><div>
Track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.</div></li></ul><div><br>
</div><div>Education:</div><ul><li><div>
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.</div></li></ul></div><div></div><div>
