Job Summary***Must be a Foreign Doctor with experience as a Doctor***We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team, dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care across diverse clinical settings. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your skills in critical care, outpatient services, and specialized treatments will make a meaningful difference.Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history reviews.</li><li>Diagnose acute and chronic conditions across multiple specialties such as internal medicine, geriatrics, pediatrics, and emergency medicine.</li><li>Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including medication administration, injections (e.g., botulinum toxin), suturing, and wound care.</li><li>Manage patient care in various settings such as outpatient clinics, hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and telehealth platforms.</li><li>Perform advanced procedures including IV infusions, catheterizations, spinal taps, sonography, dermal fillers, and airway management.</li><li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on discharge planning, case management, utilization review, and clinical research initiatives.</li><li>Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by maintaining accurate medical documentation within EMR/EHR systems like Epic or Cerner.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Valid Nurse Practitioner license with current certification to practice independently.</li><li>Proven experience in critical care environments such as ICU or Level I trauma centers is highly desirable.</li><li>Strong background in medical office procedures including CPT coding (Current Procedural Terminology), ICD coding (International Classification of Diseases), and ICD-10/ICD-9 systems.</li><li>Experience working with diverse patient populations including pediatrics, geriatrics, hospice &amp; palliative care patients, and individuals with developmental disabilities or memory care needs.</li><li>Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or Athenahealth; telehealth experience is a plus.</li><li>Skilled in performing procedures like suturing, phlebotomy, venipuncture, sterile processing techniques, and basic life support certification.</li><li>Knowledge of pharmacology for psychopharmacology management and infection control protocols.</li><li>Ability to handle complex cases involving acute pain management, occupational health issues including Workers&rsquo; compensation law compliance, and post-acute care planning.</li><li>Excellent communication skills for patient education on nutrition, family planning options, and health coaching strategies.
