Job Title: Finance Coordinator Company: Sinarartha LLC Location: Doha, QatarJob Summary: Sinarartha LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Coordinator to support our finance team in managing daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of financial processes, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and budgets</li><li>Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation</li><li>Process invoices, payments, and expense reports in a timely manner</li><li>Reconcile bank statements and monitor company accounts</li><li>Support month-end and year-end closing processes</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors on financial matters</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations</li><li>Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation</li><li>Monitor cash flow and report discrepancies or irregularities</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field</li><li>2&ndash;4 years of experience in a finance or accounting role</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information with integrity</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Experience working in a corporate or multinational environment</li><li>Familiarity with financial regulations in Qatar</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits package</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and development</li><li>Collaborative and supportive work environment</li></ul>Pay: Up to QAR640,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
