Finance Coordinator

Job Summary:
Sinarartha LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Coordinator to support our finance team in managing daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of financial processes, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and budgets
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation
  • Process invoices, payments, and expense reports in a timely manner
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor company accounts
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors on financial matters
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations
  • Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation
  • Monitor cash flow and report discrepancies or irregularities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in a finance or accounting role
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in a corporate or multinational environment
  • Familiarity with financial regulations in Qatar
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
