OverviewSingh Dental is seeking a Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join our West Palm Beach practice. You will be the first point of contact for our patients and a key part of keeping the office running smoothly. This role is a good fit for someone who is organized, patient focused, and experienced in dental front office operations.Schedule<ul><li>Monday through Thursday, 7:45 AM to 4:30 PM</li><li>Friday, 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM</li><li>No evenings, no weekends</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth</li><li>Schedule and confirm patient appointments in Open Dental</li><li>Communicate with patients by text through Flex, our Open Dental integrated messaging tool</li><li>Verify dental insurance coverage, benefits, and eligibility</li><li>Submit, track, and follow up on dental claims</li><li>Collect copays, present treatment cost estimates, and post payments</li><li>Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries</li><li>Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA</li><li>Support general front office tasks including filing, data entry, and recordkeeping</li></ul>Skills and Qualifications<ul><li>3 or more years of dental front desk experience (required)</li><li>Experience with a dental practice management system (required).
